If you cannot find an answer to your question, please reach Land Track by emailing frank@thelandtrack.com or by calling (623) 244-LAND (5263) .
By selling directly to Land Track, you can save time and money.
SAVE TIME
* Save the time and hassle of fielding calls if you list the property yourself;
* Save the time waiting for a buyer to come along after listing the property;
* Save the time and hassle of interviewing and hiring a realtor;
* Land Track can close the transaction and put money in your pocket very quickly, sometimes in as
little as a few days.
SAVE MONEY
* Avoid paying a realtor commission and other listing fees or charges, which could run into the
thousands of dollars;
* Avoid paying closing costs, since Land Track pays for all associated costs of completing the
transaction. The price agreed upon is the amount of the check or wire you will receive.
* Land Track may pay a portion or all of any back property taxes you may owe (within
reason and as agreed).
Land Track does not charge a commission or other sales fees.
The transaction will be performed directly with Land Track. No realtors need to be involved, saving you time and money.
If you are interested in selling, simply complete the “Purchase Agreement” (PA) that accompanied the offer letter, then either:

For your convenience, transactions can be handled almost entirely remotely through emails, phone calls, U.S. Postal mail/courier, and (in some cases) a remote notary.
For the protection of both seller (you) and buyer (Land Track), escrow will be opened through a traditional independent escrow company or through an attorney.

Land Track can buy parcels as small as under one acre to hundreds of acres.
